Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date are non-refundable.
For rentals scheduled during major holidays or holiday weekends, cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) in advance to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of a holiday rental date are non-refundable.
No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle) and early returns (returning before the agreed time) are not eligible for any refund or credit.
If Triumphant Luxury Website must cancel a reservation due to safety concerns, mechanical issues, or vehicle unavailability, you will be offered one of the following options:
A full refund, or
A comparable replacement vehicle at no additional cost (subject to availability).
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the rental agreement terms signed at the time of booking.
Triumphant Luxury Website reserves the right to refuse refunds outside the stated policy.
