Our service guarantees punctuality, a full vehicle tutorial, and a contactless delivery option with secure picture verification for remote unlocking. To confirm a reservation. Full payment for the rental is required upfront. Same-day cancellations are not permitted. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reservation period, you can transfer the reservation to another qualified renter or receive a 50% credit towards your next rental, valid for one year. Please be aware that bad weather alone does not justify canceling a rental. The vehicle remains reserved unless extreme weather conditions result in state or government road closures.
