Welcome to Triumphant Luxury. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

• By booking a rental with Triumphant Luxury, you confirm that you are at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• All renters must provide valid identification and meet our eligibility criteria before vehicle pickup or chauffeur service.

2. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional fees, such as tolls, fuel, or extra mileage, will be charged separately.
• To confirm a reservation. Full payment for the rental is required upfront. Same-day cancellations are not permitted. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reservation period, you can transfer the reservation to another qualified renter or receive a 50% credit towards your next rental, valid for one year. Please be aware that bad weather alone does not justify canceling a rental. The vehicle remains reserved unless extreme weather conditions result in state or government road closures. If you encounter such conditions while using an Triumphant vehicle, please get in touch with us promptly. We prioritize your safety and will extend your rental at no extra cost.

3. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

• Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received.
• Any damage, traffic violations, or toll charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
• Smoking and unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

4. Chauffeur Service

• Chauffeur services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Clients must adhere to scheduled pickup and drop-off times to avoid additional charges.

5. Delivery & Pick-Up

• We offer delivery and pick-up services within a 60-mile radius for an additional fee.
• Delays in returning a vehicle may result in extra charges.

6. Liability & Insurance

• Triumphant Luxury provides insurance coverage as per legal requirements, but renters are advised to have personal coverage.
• Renters must have a valid drivers license and full coverage insurance (collision and comprehensive) that covers the cost of the vehicle.

7. Policy Changes

• Triumphant Luxury reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any modifications.
